Founder’s Notes 

 

Lee founded "Drum School" in 1989 producing his 1st drum instructional video titled "The Ultimate Learning Experience' using multiple drummers of differant styles.  and for "Live" teaching Lee's goal is to offer his students a musical experience they can't get anywhere else.

 

Drum School volume 1 DvD features Joe Pet Bostons #1 fusion Rock style drummer from "The Joe Perry Project" and Berklee professor, Jackie Santos from Tavares and John Cafferty Band who is a groove oriented back beat progressive style musician and myself a backbone metal drummer with drum corps rudimental chops. and Hirsch Gardner who has produced Vinny Vincent from "Kiss" has a segment on tips & preparing for the studio.

 

Drum School volume 2 DvD "Taking It To The Next Level" with world renown Sean Shannon from Pat Travers & Molly Hatchet and Gary Moffatt the drummer from "38 Special" still touring the globe today .
 

I decided on "Drum School"  so the title would portray the video accademically  &  all of our programs will make it obvious to students this is not just another famous drummer trying to sell his name and our main objective is drum education.
